Prospective tenants must fill out an application for consideration. Please download our prospective tenant application using the PDF button and fill out at your leisure. All applications should either be e-mailed to donalddware@gmail.com or mailed to PO Box 227, Eldridge, Iowa 52748. Our application fee is $25 per application, please mail checks to PO Box 227, Eldridge, Iowa 52748. If accepted, our application fee is deducted from the first month's rent.
